Let's say for the sake of argument that each are made from a single cut of very large diamonds, so they are no breaks in either to remove the fact that they can have flaws. The point of the question is that diamonds are the strongest substance on Earth, and are unbreakable, as far as I can tell. So what would happen?

No, they’re not unbreakable. They’re really hard. That’s not the same thing.
i think nothing will happen coz both are made of diamond and nothing will happen to each of them when they crashed with each other
This question seems to be similar to ‘What happens if an irresistible force acts on an immovable body?’ There can either be an irresistible force or an immovable body. The two cannot exist simultaneously.
One diamond has to break.
